Refund policy

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Sale, clearance, and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received.

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
